Heb mijn klarinet meegenomen naar de studio en je hoort een duidelijk verschil met of zonder chip aan de opnames. Zeker in het middenregister klinkt het ronder (minder scherp). Ook op gitaar klinkt het voller. Ik heb de chip op een piano geplakt en het lijkt net alsof je op een duurdere piano speelt. Meer toon, draagt meer. Heel bijzonder.

Mijn saxofoondocent heeft zijn WA quantum chip met een plakbandje op mijn saxofoon geplakt, maar vertelde niet waar het voor was. Nou, dat hoorde ik direct: het spelen gaat makkelijker en het geluid klinkt veel liever, vooral in het middenregister. Ongelooflijk, maar erg prettig. Dit wil ik dan ook meteen zelf hebben.
