A Massive Electromagnetic SledgehammerThe SRX PowerCell delivers a significant increase in electromagnetic conditioning even when compared to the new PowerCell 14. In comparison, the SRX PowerCell’s Electromagnetic Cells, which are the foundational building blocks responsible for line conditioning, are five times larger than those of the PowerCell 14 and boast about 20 times the conditioning surface area of the PowerCell SX!

Point to Point with Pure SilverTo ensure energy can be transferred between the internal components to surpass 20A peak current, each SRX PowerCell is assembled with point to point wiring consisting of an entire kilogram of pure 6N silver totaling a whopping 133 feet!

 

Re-engineered ULF and DCULF, in its most basic principle, is how your music is ‘reclocked’ to the Schumann Resonance by passively addressing and filtering out ambient RF and extreme high frequency noise that would otherwise degrade sound. The SRX PowerCell utilizes the Galileo SX PowerCell’s power supply and ULF Field Generator and improves upon it in the following ways:
– A reformulated Ultra Low-Frequency RF bias was implemented, captured from learnings gleaned from the SRX PowerCell and Voodoo streamer/server development programs.
-The nature of how ULF is biased has dramatically changed.
-The way both ULF and DC into EM cells was integrated, has also changed.
-The power supply that generates the DC bias to EM cells has been radically evolved.
-New 24k Gold UEF tuning circuits bring harmonic richness and enhanced musicality.

With these advancements, SR is now able to precisely control the phase points between the frequencies used for bias. When selecting between the two biases on the SRX PowerCell, they reflect SR’s most current understanding of ULF treatment and will deliver a more favorable, welcoming response to your music.

 

 

Three frequency bias, one perfect soundBlue (Default): This option offers a laid-back midrange with a linear transition of notes from low frequencies to midrange to highs, creating a large and enveloping sound stage.
Green: The midrange is slightly more forward compared to the Blue option, with a bit more bass emphasis.
Red: Convincingly portray large-scale performances and electronic music.

 

Grounding, ElevatedThe internal power supply and ULF Generator included in the SRX PowerCell are further enhanced with a UEF Ground Plane first developed for the Galileo SX PowerCell to lower the noise floor and increase soundstaging. And to take this performance to a higher level still there is the option to ground the SRX PowerCell to one of the Active Ground Blocks which improves low-frequency weight and attack as it lowers the noise floor further still without sacrificing one of the duplexes, so you have the full 20 outlets to filter all components in your system without loss of current.

 

Power Your Whole SystemPink Quantum Outlets make its introduction into the SRX PowerCell, delivering a lower noise floor and improved detail while retaining natural warmth when compared to the Purple Quantum Outlets. Better yet, there are 20 Pink Outlets, separated into three isolated banks so you can optimally allocate your power distribution across the analog and digital sections of your entire system. Two 5 V linear power supply USB outputs are also available to power FEQs, Atmospheres, or other accessories you may have.

 

Form Elevates FunctionThe SRX PowerCell chassis is mechanically and electromagnetically voiced. Machined from aircraft-grade aluminum, carbon fiber and plexiglass, its design strategically dampens and directs mechanical resonance from the ambient environment, the energy created by your speakers and how that feeds back into the circuit, and the vibrations generated by the transformers in the unit. The material makeup, physical size, and windows into the unit optimize the efficiency and directivity of the electromagnetic fields generated by the EM cells to bring sound as close to life as possible.

 

9 Lighting optionsYou can even change the color and intensity of the light that illuminates both the front amp meter and a top circuit view window. Select between Galileo White, Synergistic Research Blue, Dante Red, and McIntosh Blue to match its lighting to the other components in your system. And if you prefer no light at all you can choose to be boring, it’s all up to you.
