Devialet’s greatest upgrade

Almost all high quality power cord have big round IEC connectors. Those won’t fit in Devialet (and Linn) equipment, so they can’t be upgraded with an audio grade power cord. Synergistic Research designed a power cord which not only addresses this problem, but also is tuned to enhanced the Devialet sound signature. This new Atmosphere Devialet Spec AC Cord, is a class of its own and will elevate the performance of your Devialet components, to a level never thought possible. 

Devialet Spec SX has an actively biased shield powered by an inboard power supply with an internal UEF Ground plane for an ultra-low noise floor. Active Shielding means Devialet Spec SX has a lower noise floor than would be possible with passive shielding of this complex multi-geometry power cord. Devialet SX expands on Alive SX’s use of pure 6-9 Silver, Tungsten, and Silver Matrix conductors with additional geometries for improved dynamics and resolution. And to raise the bar further, the new High-Frequency High Voltage Long Duration conditioning process was applied, first developed for the SRX cable loom and used to make the Purple Fuses possible. Then, the Devialet Spec SX was voiced with new Carbon Fibre UEF Tuning Discs, engineered to voice the Atmosphere SX loom with increased resolution and musicality without high-frequency fatigue.

Atmosphere Level 2 Power Cables contains a power supply that generates the 30 Volt DC bias necessary for Active Shielding, eliminating the need for messy external wiring and cumbersome wall warts. Performance is further enhanced by the introduction of UEF technology built into the power supply and cable shielding for an incredibly low noise floor.
